                        IOTA/IOTA-ES occultation update for
       (441) Bathilde / TYC 5735-02403-1 = SAO 162807 event on July 5/6, 2000
                        visible from Iceland in white-night

    Summary

In the night of July 5/6, 2000 a 9.6 mag star TYC 5735-02403-1 = SAO 162807 will be occulted by a 73 km asteroid (441) Bathilde. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff and TMO astrometry for the asteroid and Tycho-2 star position.

The updated path shows ~1 path width north shift with time ~0.9 minutes later compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.

The path of this occultation runs over Iceland in white-night around 2:07 UT. Within errors is also the extreme north of Scotland ~2:06 UT.
