                        IOTA/IOTA-ES occultation update for
                 (693) Zerbinetta / TYC 5519-00881-1 on April 9/10, 2003
         visible from Saudi Arabia, NE Egypt, Sicilia, Sardegna and S France
    
    Summary 

    In the night of April 9/10, 2003 a faint 10.7 mag star TYC 5519-00881-1 will be occulted by a 69 km asteroid (693) Zerbinetta. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff astrometry for the asteroid and recent UCAC star position.

    The updated path shows ~4 path width south shift with time 0.3 minutes later compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.

    Updated path runs over SE Australia ~18:08.9 UT, N South Africa around 18:20.5 UT with Pretoria in path and Johannesburg just south of south limit. Follows SW Botswana ~18:21.1 UT and middle Namibia ~18:21.7 UT. Please check the path chart for details.
