                     IOTA/IOTA-ES occultation update for
       (174) Phaedra / TYC 0602-00465-1 = PPM 116488 on September 9/10, 2003
              visible from Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Romania, Serbia,
                           Italy, Spain and Portugal
    
    Summary 

    In the night of September 9/10, 2003 a faint 10.4 mag star TYC 0602-00465-1 = PPM 116488 will be occulted by a 72 km asteroid (174) Phaedra. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff astrometry for the asteroid and UCAC2 star position.

    The updated path shows ~6 path width south shift with time ~0.5 minutes earlier compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.

    Updated path runs due to south shift over S Russia ~19:52.5 UT, Ukraine ~19:53.4 UT, Moldavia ~19:53.9 UT, Romania ~19:54.3 UT, Serbia ~19:54.6 UT, Italy ~19:55.2 UT, Spain ~19:56.0 UT and Portugal ~19:56.3 UT. Please check the path chart for details.
