             (1135) Colchis / TYC 0617-00997-1 on September 12/13, 2003
            visible from Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, N Poland, N Germany,
                       N Netherlands, England and S Ireland
    
    
    Summary 

    In the night of September 12/13, 2003 a faint 11.8 mag star TYC 0617-00997-1 will be occulted by a 52 km asteroid (1135) Colchis. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff and Ondrejov astrometry for the asteroid and UCAC2 star position.

    The updated path shows ~4 path width north shift with time ~0.2 minutes later compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.

    Updated path runs due to north shift over Russia 23:40-23:46 UT, Belarus ~23:46.5 UT, Lithuania ~23:46.9 UT, N Poland ~23:48.0 UT, N Germany ~23:49.5 UT, N Netherlands ~23:50.4 UT, England ~23:51.7 UT and S Ireland ~23:53.0 UT. Please check the path chart for details.
