Summary
In the night of October 8/9, 2003 a bright 8.9 mag star HIP 3652 = SAO 109453 will be occulted by a 53 km asteroid (1354) Botha. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff, TMO, Gnosca nand Ondrejov astrometry for the asteroid and UCAC2 star position.
The updated path shows ~6 path width north shift with time ~0.1 minutes earlier compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.
Updated path runs due to north shift over S Belarus ~2:52.3 UT, Poland ~2:52.5 UT,
N Germany ~2:52.8 UT, Netherlands and N Belgium ~2:53.2 UT, S England ~2:53.5 UT,
USA from NE to SW 3:00 UT -> 3:03 UT and N Mexico around 3:03.6 UT.
