             (102) Miriam / TYC 1316-01140-1 on November 22/23, 2003
      visible from Russia, Estonia, S Sweden, Denmark, N England and Ireland
    
    
    Summary 

    In the night of November 22/23, 2003 a faint 11.4 mag star TYC 1316-01140-1 will be occulted by a 86 km asteroid (102) Miriam. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff, TMO and Ondrejov astrometry for the asteroid and UCAC2 star position.

    The updated path shows ~10 path width north shift with time ~0.3 minute earlier compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.

    Updated path runs due to north shift over Russia ~1:00-1:05 UT with St.Petersburg in path ~1:04.8 UT, Estonia ~1:05.3 UT, S Sweden ~1:06.4 UT, Denmark ~1:07.2 UT, N England ~1:08.7 UT and Ireland ~1:09.5 UT with Dublin in path. Please check the path chart for details.
