In the night of January 29/30, 2004 a bright 7.3 mag star HIP 27972 = SAO 94989 will be occulted by a 148 km asteroid (308) Polyxo. This update is based on USNO/Flagstaff and TMO astrometry for the asteroid and Hipparcos star position.
The updated path shows no shift with time 0.2 minutes earlier compared to Edwin Goffin's nominal prediction.
